Am I the only person that feels like a total dick at art shows? They're always the same.. hot hipster girls giving me the "Is that Ethan Hawke?" look, dudes with Thom Yorke mullets, colorful Nikes and the actual art takes all of 5 minutes to fully take in..."Yep I saw that, yep, wanna look at it again? yep... you good, ready to go? yep..." I never know anybody there, always forget that New Image is (apparently) BYOMHL (bring your own Miller High Life). Swoon's stuff looked good though (but when hasn't it?) although RC and myself were both a bit baffled as to what the actual pieces that you buy were. It all just looked like one big installation. I feel as though I should say something profound here to end this little 5am umm, nvm... Anyway show was good, have a look... yay Swoon!!
